Full cost for treatment is $200 for the initial evaluation and $125 for follow-up visits. Some or all of the costs maybe covered depending on your insurance plan. Formal written reports are not covered by insurance and can be anywhere from $200-$600 depending on the condition being treated and length of the report. Consistency with therapy is necessary to make real and lasting progress and receive the full benefit of treatment. However, we do understand that things happen, and you may need to miss a session or two. That said, your first cancellation or no show will not be charged. No shows or cancellations that do not occur 24 hours before the start of the session are charged at half the full-cost rate of a session which will be $62.00. Last minute cancellations on the basis of emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment is due at the time of service. Invoices will be provided at the end of each month or upon request. Please be prompt with your payments.
**Although we do not accept all insurance, we will provide clients and families with all the necessary invoices and/or paperwork required by insurance companies so that they may file a claim.
We take Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance. Although we do not currently accept other insurances, our services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, provided that your plan allows you to see out-of-network therapists. In this case, we will provide you with an insurance-ready receipt to help you with the insurance claim process. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
